Methods Design & Engineering renovated the headquarters of Al Madina Steel, covering both the architecture and the interior design, together with a facelift of the building's exterior.
The interior is designed to feel warm and welcoming while keeping the company's industrial character. A sculptural spiral staircase in bronze-toned metal rises from the entrance lobby, and an indoor tree anchors the reception. Timber, stone and soft upholstery temper the concrete and steel, and daylight from the full-height glazing reaches the offices and meeting room. Each manager's office has its own seating area for receiving visitors.
The facelift keeps the building's arched silhouette and its brand colours, and renews the façade with new cladding, glazing and signage, and a landscaped entrance.
