Methods Design & Engineering has established a green building practice in the Middle East, combining sustainable design consultation with certification support.

Baheya Center – New Cairo, a white five-story building with palm trees — Baheya Center – New Cairo, Fifth Settlement. EDGE preliminary certificate received.

Together with our clients, we deliver buildings that are healthy, comfortable and energy-efficient, under LEED, Saudi Mostadam and IFC EDGE standards. Our team is led by LEED-accredited professionals and certified IFC EDGE Experts, and we guide each project from feasibility to final certificate.
