Origami is a 14-story luxury residential high-rise with a double-height ground floor, three apartments per typical floor, integrated duplexes, and a rooftop gym and pool.

Our objective was the comprehensive modeling and coordination of all MEP disciplines. The original MEP design had many multi-disciplinary clashes, so we modeled a sample and presented the problems visually. Our team then led the spatial coordination to resolve all clashes, taking the project from LOD 300 to LOD 400 and delivering a fully coordinated, constructible BIM model ready for execution.

BIM highlights

  • MEP development from LOD 300 to LOD 400
  • Full modeling of all MEP disciplines
  • Coordination between the different MEP disciplines
  • Fewer RFIs throughout the project timeline
